Commercial Cookery Resource

We offer commercial cookery resources to help with your commerical cookery course. This site offers a selection of recipes, seafood, meat, poultry, game & vegetable dishes. Film and pictures of Melon carvings, Margarine carvings, also training videos, blogs teaching tools, suggested helpful websites, activities and cooking reviews.

The Dishes, Butter Sculptures, Sketches, Teaching and Assessment Tools, Demonstration Videos and this website were all created by Pau Harrington, with the exception of some dished and vegetable carvings that were created by Paul Harrington's students. There are also external links of other websites at the bottom of the page, which have some excellent commercial cookery recourse.
